Janet E. Humphrey, Partner


Area of Practice

Ms. Humphrey has broad experience in complex commercial and business litigation matters. She has experience representing large and small business entities in employment and trade secret matters, professional liability cases, partnership and shareholder disputes, transportation industry matters and real estate matters, in both state and federal court. Ms. Humphrey also has experience representing banks and credit unions in commercial finance and leasing matters. Ms. Humphrey has represented the Resolution Trust Corporation and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation in litigation matters involving Imperial Savings Association, Great American Bank and American Savings Bank. Ms. Humphrey has successfully handled court and jury trials through verdict and has participated in matters before the California Court of Appeals and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit.
