L. Allan Songstad, Jr., Partner  Area of Practice
Mr. Songstad has handled many types of business litigation matters such as corporate disputes, including actions by and among shareholders, directors and officers, the defense and prosecution of derivative and class actions, partnership disputes, the prosecution and defense of actions involving financial institutions, as well as professional liability actions, general commercial litigation, some forms of creditor bankruptcy, insurance coverage disputes, transportation law, and oil and gas. Mr. Songstad's practice has also involved all forms of real estate disputes, including enforcement and defense of contract actions and land use. Mr. Songstad has participated as lead counsel in both bench and jury trials in federal and state court and has substantial appellate experience. In addition, Mr. Songstad is involved in the general representation of business entities including general corporate matters, acquisitions, mergers and employment.
